About Me

I'm a junior and Wheatley Scholar at BYU studying Public Health Science and Economics. My work comes back to one problem: healthcare technology keeps getting better, but how care is delivered mostly doesn't change. Three questions guide most of what I do.

    Why do technologies that could make care more accessible, efficient, and preventive so often fail to change what actually happens to patients?

    How can health systems design technology, incentives, and workflows so that digital-health innovation leads to durable change?

  3. 3

    As care moves out of hospitals and clinics, what replaces them as the coordinating structure of care?

  • Incoming Summer Business Analyst, McKinsey & Company

    Joining the firm's 2027 summer analyst cohort with plans to work in healthcare, technology, and life-sciences strategy. Excited to learn from brilliant mentors and colleagues across several practice areas.

  • Research Fellow, MGH Healthcare Transformation Lab

    Building care-delivery and industry R&D agendas for Hospital at Home programs and industry partners. Also working on scaling ACLS/PALS resuscitation apps we developed in partnership with the American Heart Association.

  • Lead Researcher, Harvard Medical School & Mass General Surgery

    Remote patient monitoring research spanning multiple R01 clinical trials in thoracic surgery. Building and analyzing wearable-linked datasets that connect physiologic signals to real-world perioperative recovery and outcomes. Also working on VR/OS for perioperative stress and pain management.

  • Lecturer, Course Designer, Marriott School of Business

    Designing and teaching two courses for undergraduate and graduate students: Healthcare Research Dynamics (HL 385/685), which matches students into mentored academic and industry research, and BYU's first Digital Health course, built together with Marriott faculty.

  • National Director, ALCSI & Global Early Detection Initiative

    Leading national operations for the American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative, built on 1000+ dedicated volunteers globally and 200+ chapters, and part of the founding team for GEDI, which expands the same infrastructure from lung cancer to breast, cervical, prostate, and colon cancer screening.

  • Clinical Research Assistant, BYU Departments of Psychology & Neuroscience

    Investigated fMRI-based sleep neuroimaging and circadian biomarkers linked to adolescent behavioral-metabolic risk. Ran circadian trials through recruitment, DLMO, and biospecimen collection, and co-authored two peer-reviewed publications.

    Founding Associate of a venture fund investing in early-stage healthtech. Sourcing and diligencing companies at the intersection of clinical need, emerging technology, and durable business models.

  • Advisor, Co-Founder, Antechamber Healthcare

    Referral intelligence for specialty clinics. We turn messy inbound referrals into clean clinical packets, and surface the rare disease patients hiding inside them. Working with some really cool people.
